FOR ORDERS THAT ARE CUSTOM MADE FOR YOUR DOG SPECFICALLY. THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED .

All custom made products, including custom coats created to your dogs specific measurements , personalized collars, and made -to - order items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned ,exchanged or refunded. 

Because each custom piece is created specifically for your pets measurements and design preference ,these items cannot be resold. By placing a custom order ,you acknowledge and agree to this policy. 

Measurement Accuracy :

You are responsible for providing accurate measurements for all custom orders. We provide detailed measuring instructions on each product page and are happy to answer questions before the order. Once you have confirmed your measurements ,and design selections ,production begins and the order becomes non -refundable.

Order Confirmation Process:

Before we begin production on custom order items you will receive an order confirmation detailing your pets measurements fabric selection and custom specifications. Please review carefully-once confirmed ,changes cannot be made and the order cannot be cancelled.

We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHAGES FOR THESE:

Sizing issues when measurements were provided and confirmed by customer

"changed by mind" or preference changes

Your pet not liking or refusing to wear it.

Or normal wear or tear.
